Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Finance Analyzer AI: how accounts and credits work, what you may and may not upload, and the limits of what our analysis is.

Last updated 2 September 2026

1.This agreement

These terms govern your use of Finance Analyzer AI — the website, the web application, the API and the WhatsApp and Telegram channels (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

If you are using the Service for an employer or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf, and "you" means both you and that organisation.

2.What the Service does

The Service reads financial documents you supply — bank statements, credit bureau reports, GST records, income tax returns — and produces analysis, scores and reports from them. We may add, change or withdraw features as the product develops. If we withdraw something you depend on materially, we will give you reasonable notice.

3.Your account

  • You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. Accounts are for the organisation that registers them; do not share one login between people who should be separately accountable.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your credentials. Keep your password secret and tell us at support@zyxw.in as soon as you suspect it has been compromised.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

4.The documents you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence we need to run the Service: to store, process and analyse those documents in order to produce your reports and to support you. We do not use them to train machine-learning models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload each document, including consent from the person it describes. A loan applicant's bank statement is their personal data before it is your input file. You must have a lawful basis to have it processed, and you must honour that person's rights in respect of it.

How we handle uploads — including the 90-day default retention window and the AI sub-processors that read scanned documents — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5.Credits, plans and payment

  • The Service is metered in credits. Each analysis costs a stated number of credits, deducted when the work runs. Your ledger in the application shows every deduction and top-up.
  • Prices and credit costs are those published at the time you buy or subscribe. We may change them for future purchases and renewals, with notice before a renewal.
  • Credits are for use on your own account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are consumed when a report runs — including where the result is not what you hoped for.
  • If a run fails because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will restore the credits it consumed.
  • Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added where required.

6.Acceptable use

You must not:

  • upload a document you have no right to, or use the Service to profile someone without a lawful basis;
  • use the analysis to discriminate on grounds prohibited by law;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to another customer's data;
  • resell, white-label or expose the Service to third parties except under a written agreement with us;
  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone's rights;
  • scrape the Service, or use automated access outside our documented API and its rate limits.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, or that puts the platform or its other customers at risk. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you first.

7.Accuracy, and what the analysis is not

Our output is a decision aid, not a credit decision, and not financial, legal or tax advice. Lending decisions, and responsibility for them, remain yours.

Statement parsing depends on the quality and format of what you upload. Scanned pages, unusual layouts, cropped images and edited files can all produce errors, and a document may itself be forged. Verify anything material against the original — the Service keeps the source document precisely so you can.

Third-party data, such as bureau and GST records, is reproduced as we receive it and we do not warrant its accuracy.

8.Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service on standard plans. Maintenance, upstream provider outages and events outside our control can all interrupt it. Where an enterprise agreement sets a service level, that agreement prevails over this section. Support is by email at support@zyxw.in.

9.Our intellectual property

The Service — its software, models, report templates, design and brand — remains ours. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing, and nothing more. Reports we generate for you are yours to use in your business.

10.Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided as it is, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for a lending decision you make. Our total liability arising out of the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11.Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms — in particular a claim that you had no right to upload a document, or that a decision you made using our output caused someone loss.

12.Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@zyxw.in. We may terminate or suspend your account for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the Service.

On termination your right to use the Service ends. Download anything you need first: documents and reports are deleted on the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy and are not recoverable afterwards. Unused credits are not refundable except where the law requires it.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the application before they take effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
